You can block players without reporting them.

1. Open the main menu and tap Social.
2. Under the Recent tab, tap the name of the player you’d like to report.
3. Tap the hamburger button (three vertical lines) and select Block Player.

To unblock players, go to Account in the Settings menu. From there, tap Block List to see players you’ve blocked and optionally unblock specific players.
