Most COD Points purchase issues are resolved by closing and rebooting the game.
In some cases, COD Points purchases can take up to 24 hours to process before they are delivered to your account in game.
Please note: COD Points purchased within console or PC versions of Call of Duty do not carry over to Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile and vice versa. COD Points that are purchased will only appear and can only be spent on the platform where they were purchased*. COD Points earned through the Battle Pass will only appear and can only be spent on the platform you were playing on when the COD Points were earned.
* COD Points within Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile are shared between iOS and Android.
