Reporting players
If you suspect that a player is cheating, or you feel a player is using language or a name you find offensive, you can report the player within the game.
- Tap your profile picture in the upper left corner of the home screen.
- Go to the History tab.
- Your recent Multiplayer matches are listed by default. Tap the parachute icon above the list if you’d like to report a player from a recent Battle Royale match.
- Select the match with the player you’d like to report.
- Tap the exclamation point icon in the upper right corner.
- Highlight the player in the column on the left.
- Choose one of the report types on the right. Use the text box at the bottom if you'd like to provide more information.
- Select REPORT.
You can also report a player immediately after a match by tapping the exclamation point icon in the upper right corner while in the Winner’s Circle. From there, begin at Step 6 above.
We take these issues very seriously, and we appreciate your bringing cheaters and offensive players to our attention. Your report will be reviewed as soon as possible, and we will take appropriate actions if necessary, for example by issuing a warning, suspension, or ban. We may notify a player that they were reported and for what reason, but we will not reveal who reported them. Due to confidentiality, we cannot provide updates or actions taken on any specific account as a result of your report.
