Tap the left-hand button in the row on the bottom of the screen to access your Inventory.

The Inventory screen allows you to add or remove weapon attachments as well as drop items you no longer want to carry. Be on the lookout for Backpacks, which allow you to carry more items in your Inventory.

The bottom row of buttons can also be used to quickly heal or throw grenades without the need to open your Inventory.
